Paraguay's small retreat scene includes a handful of yoga and ecological retreats in the Chaco and the Atlantic Forest fragments of eastern Paraguay. The Jesuit Reductions of Trinidad and Jesús de Tavarangue are historical-spiritual sites. Spanish and Guaraní are both widely spoken. Best seasons run April–October.
