Kyrgyzstan's very small retreat scene takes advantage of dramatic mountain landscapes — Issyk-Kul, the Tian Shan, the Pamirs. A handful of yoga-and-trekking combinations run from Bishkek and Karakol. Kyrgyz, Russian, and English are used at international-facing centers. Best season runs June–September. Most Western passports get 60-day visa-free entry.
